Booking of literature

Reserve the required document which has been borrowed. When it is available, we will inform you by e-mail, phone or mail. The reservation is for a fee.

How to reserve a book?

Books being borrowed by another user can be reserved directly in the VŠE Union Catalogue. All documents with the location of Knihovna VŠE-sklad and Točná can be reserved.
Short-term loans may be reserved in person at the charging desk in Žižkov or by e-mail at rezerv@vse.cz. E-mail reservation is only accepted if the book data, ID card number and user name are entered.

Information on the reservations can only be obtained by phone at the extension-line 5735 or at phone number 224 095 735.

Price for Service

A fee for handling a reservation is CZK 10, it is being charged for each fulfiled reservation (also in the case the books were not picked up). Notification of the reservation by e-mail is for free, in case of the notification by phone or mail, a fee of CZK 10,- is charged.
