Retrieval Services

Enter a request for the processing of the retrieval information. You will obtain a list of documents or factual information relating to the questions you are interested in according to the aspects you choose. The service is for free for the employees of the University of Economics, Prague (on the basis of the licensed and publicly available information resources or archive of the retrieval information), for the others a fee is charged. The service can be paid for in the form of invoice or by direct payment against issue of the retrieval information and certificate.

What Can Be Ordered

• processing of one-time retrospective retrieval information,
• continuous user profiles – retrieval information of SDI type (for employees of the University of Economics, Prague),
• provision of the processed retrieval information.

How to Order the Service

The retrieval services are provided on the basis of written orders, whether during a personal visit or on the basis of an online order.

Price for Service

The retrieval service is

• for free for professors and other employees of the University of Economics, Prague from the licensed and publicly available information resources or from the archive of the retrieval information,
• for professors and other employees of the University of Economics from another paid information resources according to actual costs,
• for students, external CIKS users of the University of Economics and the public:
  • a lump fee of CZK 100,- (even in the case of the retrieval information with zero result),
  • work of the retrieval information worker: 350 CZK/1 hour.
